Change of legal entity

Dear customers!

We would like to notify you of certain amendments that shall be made to our existing Agreement.

On July 1, 2023 (the "Effective Date"), the legal entity of RannForex will change.

No action is required from you.

This change will in no way affect your RannForex account, your open positions, funds in your account, or deposit and withdrawal requests that are pending.

• - This message is an official notification under clause 2.4 of the Client Agreement.
• - Our legal entity will change from Rann FS LLC (registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines under the number 192 LLC 2019) to RANN LIMITED LLC (Nevis) registered on Nevis of Saint Kitts and Nevis under the number L22123. 
• - Our existing Agreement and all of our rights and/or obligations will be transferred to RANN LIMITED LLC (Nevis) on July 1, 2023.
