Often traders need a quote archive for an instrument for a certain period. Quote archive allows testing mechanic/automated trading systems (experts) on historical data and optimizing trading strategies.

Here you can download a quote archive you need:

indicate required instrument, timeframe, and dates for the history data;
press the "Download CSV" button and wait until your CSV quote archive is generated (it may take a while);
import the file into MetaTrader 4 terminal.
